3 12.5 oz cans Chicken
1 12 oz (or so ) of salsa, how ever hot you like it
1 16 oz can of black beans, rinsed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 wheat or corn tortillas
Drain chicken and put in to a medium saucepan. Use the back of a large spoon to mash the chunks. Pour in salsa and mix together. Stir in black beans, or what ever kind of beans you have on hand. Heat over medium high until heated through. Reduce heat to low, evenly coat the top of the mixture with cheese, do not mix in, cover and and allow the cheese to melt.
Spoon mixture on to tortilla and enjoy.
I also enjoy this spooned onto crackers and also without the tortillas
