1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1/2 cup Peanut Oil
1 Tablespoon Chili Oil
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Sour Orange or Lemon juice
Combine Rice vinegar and sugar, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well. This will separate, mix it back up before each use.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
