1 quart almond milk
2 cups coconut water
1/4 cocoa
3 Tablespoons swerve or 3 packets stevia
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Blend all ingredients together. Refrigerate. Serve cold.

2 cups almond Milk
1 cup Dark Chocolate Coconut water (found at Trader Joe’s)
2 tablespoons swerve or 2packets stevia
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1.4 teaspoon ground cardamom seeds
mix altogether. Refrigerate until chilled.
2 bananas
1 mango peeled and seed removed
1 cup fresh raspberries
8 oz greek yogurt, plain
1 cup milk (may need more)
2 cups ice
Blend all together in a food processor, blender or ninja blender! Serve immediately!

3 4″ inch sticks cinnamon broken in half and lightly crushed

1 can evaporated skim milk
In a med large sauce pan, pour water and place on stove to boil. Put all spices in a large tea steeper or a square of cheese cloth and bring to a boil.
Turn heat to medium low at the boil. Add tea bags and steep 7-10 minutes.
Remove tea and spices, let drain a bit but don’t squeeze. Add sugar and stir to dissolve, turn off heat. Stir in milk. Serve hot. Not only is this delicious, it will make your house smell fabulous too!
Fill the cup you will be using with ice. Pour the ice into a food processor, blender, ninja or whatever you have that will totally chop up the ice.
Add to processor:
1 banana
3 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
2 tablespoons malted milk powder or honey or agave nectar
up to 1/3 cup milk
Turn on processor and blend until smooth.
Pour back in cup, serve
Scoop chocolate ice cream into a large mug. Slowly pour Coke brand cola over ice cream. Enjoy. This is awesome on a hot summer day and a delicious alternative to a traditional Root Beer float!
Vanilla Ice Cream
Favorite brand RootBeer. A&W, Barqs etc
Scoop some ice cream into a large mug
slowly pour root beer over ice cream.
Serve right away! Awesome on a hot summer day
Makes 1 quart.
4 cups water
7 bags green tea
1 juice orange
1 lemon
2 limes
1/4 cup swerve (optional)
Boil water and steep tea for 4 minutes. Remove bags, let water drip out but do not squeeze. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Slice the fruit in half and juice.
Pour tea/sugar into a 1 quart pitcher. Strain fruit juice through a fine mesh sieve.
Refrigerate until cold.
Fabulous for summer!
4 cups boiling water
14 tea bags (regular or decaf.)
Steep tea in boiling water for 4 minutes. Remove bags, let drain but don’t squeeze.
Add 1/3 cup swerve stir until dissolved (optional)
In a half gallon container pour or spoon
6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate ( half of a 12oz container unless you can find the little ones)
Pour tea/sugar mixture over lemonade
add 3 or 4 cups of ice cubes.
fill to the half gallon mark with cool water. serve when ice as almost melted.
You can adjust the amounts, more sugar if you like it sweeter etc.
Just like Kahlua
750ml Grain alcohol. (you can also use 100 proof vodka)
2 oz freeze dried coffee granules
2 oz pure vanilla extract
6 cups sugar
9 cups spring water
Boil 4 cups of water with sugar for 2 minutes. Cool completely. Must be cold !! boil 5 cups water with coffee granules and cool completely. Must be cold!
Mix sugar water and coffee water together. When cold add vanilla and grain. Let age 3-6 months before drinking.
Yields 1 gallon.
