Bring to boil in a heavy saucepan:
3/4 cup butter
3 cup sugar
3/4 cups heavy (whipping) cream
Let boil for 4 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 235f. Remove from heat.
11 oz package white chocolate chips
7 oz jar of marshmallow creme
Mix together until all is combined well.
Reserve 1 cup
Then add: 1 1/2 Tablespoons orange extract
12 drops yellow food coloring
5 drops red food coloring
and blend well.
Pour into 13 x 9 baking dish that has been buttered
plop reserved white fudge around top and swirl into orange fudge.
Let cool completely, cut into 1 inch squares.
