6oz tomato paste
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons black strap molasses
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 porter or stout
1/2 coconut water
1/2 teaspoon ceyenne pepper
1/4 cup coconut balsamic vinegar
1 heaping tablespoon garlic paste
2 tablespoons (about 3 pieces) sundried tomato packed in oil
1 tablespoon onion powder
Put all ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend well.
2 pounds ground beef (or turkey or chicken or lamb)
1 cup lump crab meat
make burger, indent center add 2 tablespoons or so of crab, cover with more meat and seal the sides. Grill until cooked to your desired level. serve hot
6-8 burgers,, depending on size
4 washed and sliced yellow potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic salt
place potatoes on a large piece of heavy duty foil, dot the top with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Seal packet and place on a hot grill, turn heat to medium low. You can roll the packet to the side to cook but do not turn seal down or butter will drain out and cause flare ups. These do take a while to cook, at least 30 minutes so wait a bit to cook anything that may cook faster.
In a food processor:
1 small onion
3 tablespoons garlic paste
3 tablespoons ginger paste
14 oz can coconut milk
1/2 soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Puree all ingredients until smooth.
Use marinade for chicken. also try on Pork!
In heavy foil or a foil baking pan, pour in your cleaned, sliced, fresh mushrooms. Add gobs of butter, will depend on how much you like. sprinkle with garlic salt. Cover pan with foil or fold foil into a sealed packet. Place on a hot bbq grill and cook over low heat until done. Can take 20 or 30 minutes depending on grill and thickness of the mushrooms.

4 cups boiling water
14 tea bags (regular or decaf.)
Steep tea in boiling water for 4 minutes. Remove bags, let drain but don’t squeeze.
Add 1/3 cup swerve stir until dissolved (optional)
In a half gallon container pour or spoon
6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate ( half of a 12oz container unless you can find the little ones)
Pour tea/sugar mixture over lemonade
add 3 or 4 cups of ice cubes.
fill to the half gallon mark with cool water. serve when ice as almost melted.
You can adjust the amounts, more sugar if you like it sweeter etc.
Firm fleshed white fish filtets( i use cod, scrod etc)
Preheat the grill
Walmart sells disposable grill grates. I spray one down with Pam for grilling then rinse off the fish filets and place them on in a single layer. Dot the top with butter, use as much as you like. Then shake on a bunch of pepper, again, to your liking. You can also use other seasoning like garlic powder or salt and chives.
Grill for about 5-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the filets. Flip and cook for another couple of minutes. Fish should be opaque all the way through.
